Vicki serves as the main point of contact for all commercial insurance customer(s) when they need to report or follow up on claims, or when a scenario occurs that could potentially lead to a claim. In addition, the Team performs claims history reviews, estimates experience modification ratings, attends loss control inspections, and provides safety resources to customer(s).
