Bob is a sales executive of Brown & Brown of Indiana. Working out of the Kokomo location he leads the property and casualty area along with the benefit consulting team. After graduating from Ball State University he joined a $350 million bank located in central Indiana where he served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. When the bank was sold he left and joined a large commercial insurance agency. He specialized in commercial property & casualty risks, which included multi-state exposures, specialty risks, retrospective programs as well as many standard programs. Because of his banking and insurance background he was asked to join another bank as President of their insurance operations. He took the bank’s de novo insurance operation to a profitable status within 30 months. This included establishing procedures, obtaining company contracts, hiring and supervising producers as well as producing commercial business. His desire to spend more of his time with clients led him to Agency Associates, Inc. Agency Associates, Inc. was acquired by Brown & Brown in late 2008 which lead him to his current position.
