Michelle Phillips is a Medical Malpractice Service Agent for Brown & Brown of Indiana. She has worked in the insurance field since 1996 when she began her career in the personal lines department of a large Indianapolis insurance agency. In 2000 Michelle obtained her property and casualty insurance license. She then joined the agency’s Medical Malpractice Division in 2004 where she began providing clerical and customer support. She now reviews and submits new applications, coordinates renewals, and responds to various inquiries and premium finance requests.
