Onda Sternberger

Onda Sternberger is the Life Insurance Submissions/Benefit Contracting Coordinator at Brown & Brown of Indiana. She brings over 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry with the last 9 years working in both the life insurance and employee benefits industry. She started her career at United President Life Insurance Company in Kokomo, IN, accepting the position of New Business Clerk as soon as she graduated from high school. Her last position with UPI was Director, Marketing Services. During those 12 years she furthered her industry knowledge by taking the Life Office Management Association Curriculum.

"I fell in love with this industry, finding out that I was able to assist the agents with their clients in obtaining the best coverage possible for their needs. As our industry is constantly changing it is very important to maintain that client relationship to ensure they are receiving the best service possible and the best product on the market."

Prior to joining the Brown & Brown team after the acquisition in late 2008 Onda was Executive Administrative Assistant to Michael Haffey and Fred McClaine at Agency Associates, Inc. (AAI). Founded in 1974, Agency Associates grew to be one of the largest multiple line independent insurance agencies in Indiana. Agency Associates provided comprehensive insurance solutions to individuals and businesses.

Onda has lived in Kokomo, IN all her life and enjoys spending time with her family. In her spare time she enjoys playing golf, traveling and reading.
