Tami Brown is a commercial service agent with an emphasis on ensuring our clients get what they need in a timely manner. She has experience in personal lines as well and has an attention to detail and a diligent work ethic that she applies to make sure that our clients are given the best insurance information they need in order to run their business. Having been in the insurance business for over twenty years, Tami has acquired the knowledge necessary to help with the sometimes complex relationships between our clients and insurance companies. Often, service requests from our clients need approval from our carrier partners and Tami is adept at getting those issues resolved timely so that our customers are not inconvenienced and their business is not interrupted. In order to keep up with the constantly changing Insurance Industry, Tami attends many continuing education seminars and has earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Designation by the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Additionally Tami attends company meetings and seminars to ensure constant knowledge of our carriers to further enhance service to our clients. "I have had the great privilege to have lived all over the world, including such places as Rome, Italy and Toronto, Canada, as well as many cities and states in the US. I acquired a BA in Graphic Design from Sheridan College in Canada and a BA in Business Administration from Slidell Vocational College. All of this has allowed me to learn and appreciate the many diversities of people in this world. I pride myself in this knowledge and that allows me to maintain good relations with my existing clients and create good relations with new clients." |
