Pat Holycross serves as a Commercial Service Agent and has been with Brown & Brown of Indiana and its predecessors since 1978. Pat has seen many changes in the agency size, location and name over these 30 + years. One thing, however remains the same—her commitment to excellent service to her clients. She prides herself in quick response to clients, vendors and fellow employees. “I believe the best thing I can do for others is serve them as I would like to be served.” Along with this passion for serving, Pat has completed training and received her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and AAI (Accredited Associate in Insurance ) designations. Pat particularly enjoys working with large Real Estate risks, such as Property Management & Development. A lot of her "Book of Business" deals in this area. One such client she’s worked with ever since she came to Earl F. Trimpe, Inc. in 1978. Pat began her career in 1967; part time with USF&G Insurance Company, while still in High School, within 3 years, she moved to the agency side. Pat and her husband Larry live in Indianapolis. They have one grown daughter, Amy. Pat enjoys various activities at First Church of the Nazarene, where she attends. She also enjoys walking, reading, entertaining and travel. |
