Dori Burton joined Brown & Brown of Indiana in 2009 as a personal lines service agent. She began her insurance career in 1993 as a customer service representative at an agency in Nashville, Indiana. She has held various positions throughout her career including agency manager, personal lines customer service representative, commercial lines customer service representative, agency accountant, and agency software administrator. Dori’s focus is providing timely, accurate, and complete customer service with every transaction. She is a licensed property and casualty agent and has earned the Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. She is also a Notary Public. Dori enjoys riding her motorcycle, traveling, bowling, and spending time with her dog. |
