Jen Riddle has a drive to help clients in any way possible. As a Benefits Account Manager, she is able to utilize this desire to help our clients, whether it is a question from the president of company or difficult claims solutions for a front-line employee. She began her career in employee benefits in 2006 with Smith Financial Corporation. Jen’s high level of professionalism has instilled a deep sense of integrity and commitment to the client to provide quick, informative and accurate responses to any number of questions or concerns. In addition, Jen works closely with our clients to prepare for group renewals and to process enrollment applications and benefit changes. She takes every day as an opportunity to learn and grow in her field. Jen’s philosophy on life is to face each day with a smile and be ready to take on challenges. Her choice to embrace the new opportunities every day with a positive outlook is clear to our clients and with those she comes in contact. She enjoys playing on a softball league in Kokomo and attending her future step-son’s baseball games with her fiancé. |
