Who We Are

Brown & Brown's roots in Indiana are now deep and wide. Since 2007, Brown & Brown of Indiana has acquired several large local, home grown, independent insurance agencies: Agency Associates, Inc., founded in 1974, R.E. Sutton, Inc., Diversified Insurance, Burt & Associates, and OneSource Insurance. When combining these agencies with the existing Brown & Brown office in Indianapolis, the new combined agency, based on the most recent IBJ Book of Lists, is the largest in Central Indiana. Brown & Brown of Indiana is part of the 7th largest independent insurance agency in the United States, with approximately $1 billion in annual revenue and over 150 offices across the country.
